RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you require a return or exchange for an item, please contact info@shipsandgiggles.je with your order number and item you wish to return or exchange. Please provide relevant information as to why this item is being returned. The item must be returned in their original packaging as when it was provided otherwise it will not be accepted. Ships & Giggles will charge a 10% re-stocking fee to cover the administration of receiving the goods.

RETURN COST

The buyer must pay the postage cost incurred to return the item.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

Once Ships & Giggles have authorised a return, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item.
