Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Jersey (Channel Islands)

  • Guernsey (Channel Islands)

  • UK Mainland (on selected items)

Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Peak seasons may experience slight delays.

Delivery Methods

  • Local Jersey delivery or collection may be available.

  • Deliveries to Jersey/Guernsey are generally handled via local couriers or Jersey Post.

  • UK shipments use Royal Mail or a courier depending on size.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size/weight.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside Jersey may be subject to customs, VAT, or import fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, or customs.
If a parcel appears lost, contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.
