Ships and Giggles does not offer subscription products or recurring billing.
If we offer pre-order or special order items in the future, the following will apply:
Cancellation of Pre-Orders / Special Orders

Pre-orders or special orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the item has already been ordered from suppliers or shipped.

To request a cancellation, email us at info@shipsandgiggles.je with your order number.
Refunds

If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
