Hobie 16 Front Hull Reinforcement

This project involved bringing a tired Hobie 16 bow back to life. The bow had cracks and was no longer solid, so we ground back the damaged fibreglass, rebuilt the structure with new layers of glass, and finished it off with fresh gelcoat. The result — a strong, smooth, and watertight bow ready for many more sails.
