Hobie Dragoon Stern Re-Build

The rudder casting had ripped out of this Hobie Dragoon and required rebuilding.

Here is the damaged area:

Once the rudder gudgeon plate was removed, we were able to sand everything down and begin preparing the area for rebuilding. 

With the stern now reinforced it is time to prepare for the new rudder gudgeon to be fitted. 

I forgot to take some photos of it as a finished product... It works though!
